Hardstone Event Organization cannot be held responsible for any material or moral problems that may occur during or after the event, either for the athlete or the spectator. Every athlete, official and spectator participating in the event is aware of the risks that motor sports carry and that these risks cannot be completely eliminated. Participants are deemed to have accepted the risks voluntarily and to have accepted that Hardstone Organization will not be held responsible for any negative effects that may occur due to the risks.

The organization is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss of life or material damage that may occur in or around the event area. The organization accepts no responsibility for any damage that participants may cause to third parties.

The athlete undertakes to act in a way that will not endanger the safety of himself/herself or other participants during the event and to comply with the rules of Fair Play. The athlete agrees not to possess or use alcohol, drugs or any prohibited substances during the event or in the event area. The athlete agrees to return all equipment delivered to him/her for use during the event in good condition, and to compensate for any damages that may occur otherwise. In addition, the athlete agrees to compensate for any damages that may occur if the equipment delivered to another athlete for use during the event is damaged. Athletes undertake to comply with the event regulations and the rules determined by the organization. Athletes who act contrary to the rules may be banned from the event by the organization and legal action will be taken against them. The athlete accepts that the motorcycle and safety equipment he/she will use in the event are in compliance with the event conditions and safety standards and that he/she is responsible for ensuring this compliance.

The audience undertakes to act in a way that will not endanger the safety of themselves or other participants during the event. The audience agrees not to possess or use alcohol, drugs or any prohibited substances during or in the event area. The audience agrees not to damage the materials in the event area and to compensate for any damage that may occur. The audience undertakes to comply with the event regulations and the rules determined by the organization. Spectators who violate the rules will be removed from the event area and legal action will be taken against them.

Each participant who signs this undertaking accepts that he/she releases the authorized persons and institutions that form the organization, any institution to which the organization is affiliated, sponsors and volunteers from all legal and financial liability.

Hardstone Event Organization does not accept any responsibility for any damages that may occur if the event is cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions, security or any other reason. The organization reserves the right to postpone the event, change the route or area, and make changes to the rules. No compensation can be claimed for any grievances that may arise as a result of this.

Hardstone Event Organization may use images of participants during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. Participants cannot claim any rights to these images and cannot claim any financial or moral compensation due to their use.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully approved this document; that I have read and approved all national and international official rules regarding motorsport competitions; and that I undertake to comply with them.

In addition, I accept that I have given my express consent to the processing of my personal data that needs to be kept in relation to the competition, including my special personal data defined in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, before, during and after the competitions, to be used, anonymized and shared within the scope of the relevant process, limited to the purpose of processing, and to be stored for the required period of time, that I have read and understood the Explicit Consent Text and the Information Text in this context, that the necessary information has been provided to me and that I approve the KVKK Explicit Consent Text and the Information Text.
